Adobe's flash developer center has some great content.
http://www.flashvillage.com/ has free templates that you can look at to learn new things.
http://www.flashkit.com/ is one of the oldest running tutorial and file sharing sites. (Be careful, as some of the tutorials are quite old)
w3schools has some good flash tutorials.
Smashing Magazine posted a blog article of their favorite tutorials. Some of them would not be my favorite, but some are quite good.
